Environmental agents have found a specimen of bottlenose dolphin on a beach in Nerja. At the moment, the causes of what could have happened to the animal, which belongs to the Tursiops truncatus family, are unknown.
Environmental experts from the Government of Andalusia point out “that no external damage or other injuries have been detected”
These types of findings appear with some regularity. They are marine species and the sea can expel them towards the beach. This type of dolphin appears in temperate and tropical waters around the world. They are very common to see them near the beach and they are very abundant out at sea.
